When we first started experimenting with our brittle, we used another brand of chocolate and were not happy with the results. We changed to the Callebaut Selbourne Chocolate Buttons and have never looked back. Since launching our product in March 2018, we have used the Dark, Milk and White Buttons and they have proved to be the perfect topping for our brittle. The quality of the chocolate is consistently good and the service we receive from their representatives, George Aldrich and Kelsey Stott, is of the same high standard.
